Student Competition

The BCCGN holds an annual competition for student research projects. The application deadline for this years competition was May 29th 2009.

Awards

The BCCGN is pleased to offer assistance for those wishing to broaden their education in clinical genomics either by attending an educational conference or workshop or by spending time training in the area of clinical genomics.

Travel Awards

BCCGN travel awards are available to assist BC clinicians and other eligible researchers to attend the BCCGN annual conference or other BCCGN event or to attend a non BCCGN conference or workshop in the area of clinical genomics. Further infromation is provided on our application form

 

Physician Fellowships

BCCGN physician fellowships are available to assist BC clinicians to benefit from training in genetics, genomics, genomic data analysis, database design and knowledge translation in the field of genomics at (i) a BC based laboratory specializing in genomics research or (ii) defined training course, related to BC genomics research. Training Awards

BCCGN training awards are available to assist BC medical students, student researchers, post docs and technicians to benefit from project based training in genetics, genomics, genomic data analysis, database design and knowledge translation in the field of genomics under the supervision of an expert in the field. Student Research Projects

BCCGN's Student Research Project Competition is available to assist BC medical students and undergraduate students to conduct a research project under the supervision of experts in the field of genetics, genomics, genomic data analysis, database design and knowledge translation in the field of genomics.
